The Community Center encompasses a building with a meeting room expanded in 2007, a small kitchen, an office, and bathrooms plus a covered but open-sided patio. There also exists a large (covered) picnic pavilion. The Clubhouse is located at 201 Charter House Lane and is next to the Swimming Pool.
These facilities are available to PCSA members in good standing, and their guests or renters (of homes owned by PCSA members). Berkeley Realty Property Management [with oversight from the PCSA Board of Directors] manages this facility. Each proposed use must be approved by and reservations made with a representative of Berkeley Realty Property Management, who may be contacted via e-mail or by phone at Tel: 229-6810. A final reservation will not be considered made until the completed application and rental fee are received at the PCSA address referenced above; that time period should not exceed five days from the date the reservation was phoned or e-mailed in.
Occupancy limited by law within the building is 147. Smoking inside the building is not permitted. Alcoholic beverage use must comply with the Virginia Law (a one-day Banquet License may be required); for more details, contact the Hampton ABC Office at (757) 825-7830.
