PCSA has a meeting room with bathroom facility on the second floor of our Multi-Use Building. The room is heated and air-conditioned, is ample for a group of 15 or less [has four 6' tables and 16 chairs] …. but has steep stairs. Its use is intended by those who do not need handicap access or kitchen facility, have only a small group and prefer a lesser fee than the Clubhouse. This facility is available to PCSA members in good standing, and their guests or renters (of homes owned by PCSA members). Berkeley Realty Property Management [with oversight from the PCSA Board of Directors] manages this facility. Each proposed use must be approved by and reservations made with a representative of Berkeley Realty Property Management, who may be contacted via e-mail or by phone at Tel: 229-6810. Conditions and terms under which this facility will be rented are stated in the linked attachment below …. as well as links to the reservation request form and a calendar reflecting dates that have already been reserved.
There may be some desired use of the facility which could have a detrimental impact on its care and maintenance. In such situations, final decision rests with the PCSA Board of Directors.
