Sub-Association Fees. Residents who own property in Waterford, Cromwell Ridge, Powhatan Place, and The Villages at Powhatan also have separate "sub-associations" that provide additional services (e.g., trash collection, lawn maintenance, building maintenance, private street repair, property management) not available to most other residents of our overall community. Fees due and payable to these "sub-associations" are over and above those paid to the PCSA. Contact your Sub-Association for these dues

Pool. All PCSA members are eligible to join the swimming pool. Membership includes a one-time initiation fee and annual fees which pay for the operation and maintenance of the pool. Those additional fees are noted under the Pool section of this web site.
