Dues Information

PCSA. The initial fee for members is a one-time amount of $200.00. The annual dues are $180 (except for residents of Cluster Way who are billed an additional $111 per year to pay for private street lights and escrow funds for private street maintenance).

Sub-Association Fees. Residents who own property in Waterford, Cromwell Ridge, Powhatan Place, and The Villages at Powhatan also have separate "sub-associations" that provide additional services (e.g., trash collection, lawn maintenance, building maintenance, private street repair, property management) not available to most other residents of our overall community. Fees due and payable to these "sub-associations" are over and above those paid to the PCSA.

Swimming Pool. All PCSA members are eligible to join the swimming pool but only pool members pay for the operation and maintenance of the pool. Those additional fees are noted under the "Pool" section of this Web Site.
