Berkeley, aka Phase VI. Consisting of 90 detached single family custom homes on the East side of News Road off of Powhatan Parkway and began in 2002. The area served as the site for the Parade of Homes. It consists of:
- Powhatan Parkway
- E. Providence Road
- W. Providence Road
- Old Regency Drive
- Cold Spring Road
