Welcome to Powhatan Place! We wish to make you aware of information regarding your Homeowners Association. Your involvement in the community is important. The following information applies to the period between October 2010 - September 2011.
Officers of the Association
Board meetings are held the last Tuesday of each month at 6:30 pm in the Clubhouse. All residents are welcome to attend. Additional meetings and community announcements are posted on the bulletin boards between the mailboxes.
